lousy.

i blundered big time, for what would be the umpteenth time.

being the sickeningly stubborn fool who thinks she knows what she's doing.. attending to household affairs in the absence of father thinking she was doing something remarkable as a favour to house and her dad... only to mess up big time.

windows man caught us by surprise. two hours earlier than dad expected him. so he was out to market when he came. so looking all lost and blur bout anything to do with windows and the new HDB guidelines with regards to the fittings.. this smart-alec of a kid stupidly thought she knew. nodded head at whatever he said needed fixing. put silly signature on that document stating dunno-what-stuff that were to be fixed and sent dad's 140 bucks flying out the window.

for a moment i was actually pleased with myself.

shocking truth set in when dad returns and gapes in horror at what i've told him about what the man told me.

i suspect he's rather upset.. but he's just not showing it..
