ahh...
hey :)thought i'd drop in for a leetle while before i stop coming in a longg loongg while again..
never laughed as much as i did in a day until yesterday...=) last day of formal lessons as a12. ahh.. lotsa mixed feelings.. quite relieved in a way that no kleenex tissue boxes were spent..haha.. instead i would say the day went by with everyone really high..:)
all the tutors were so nice yesterdayy!! ms ng especially was chao ji wu di sweet (as always)...even mrs ang kindly offered to let us have the second whts period offff hahaha:P..which we nicely kid refused.. mr mcgregor had us in fits when he posed with his tray of goodies for all the cameras and mavis' video cam that snapped away.....=) will really miss his cold jokes and his unique way of telling them..straight-faced and matter-of-fact kinda tone.. lol...
yep.. and i really do believe the images of everyone bent low over their tables chionging to pen messages for everyone in our class mag would remain imprinted in memory for a really long time....:) everyone must have said this a million times.. that i've got terribly sweet classmates... man i wish i give everyone a BIG HUG..
hahaha for the first time ever.. no one really wanted to leave the classroom after school ended with gp yest... while waiting for class mag to be completed.. and subsequently printed by bunch of wonderful people at the photocopy shop.. we had lotsa fun doing crazy things with mavis' cam... from classmate-imitating (eg. lala doing kanghao)..to mtv producing (eg. vinz/mao doing yishidemeihao)..to superstar segment(complete with contestant,judges and hosts lol) :)
then a bunch of us began sitting in a circle at a corner on the floor at the back of a301(oh no. is it?) and starting playing lotsa funny games initiated by dear yihan, like the Pom-Pee-Pee which was really a test of finger flexibility, and the "what-huh?" game which was really threatening to further limit our vocabularies and lead us further towards the brink of insanity.
the class mag is just gorgeous. never mind the fact that the messages are photocopied. its just an economical way of reproducing pages that can never undermine the love and spirit captured in them.. :)
then came kap meal:) more phototaking! too bad it was shortened cos many of us had to be off for dinner at home.. and others like mao who had boarding school curfew has other things. haha.
i'm so looking forward to our class chalet and the many more subsequent gatherings, big and small.
